Email info@dyniq.nl from the email address registered on your LeashTracker account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We will confirm and process your request within 30 days.
We delete your account (name, email, password), and all app data tied to it: dogs, logged walks, reminder preferences, and push notification tokens. If you are the last member of your household, the household record itself is deleted as well.
None of your personal data is retained after deletion. Subscription and purchase records may be retained by our payment providers (Google Play Billing, RevenueCat) for as long as required by their own tax and accounting obligations — this data is controlled by them, not us; see our privacy policy for details on third parties.
