How do I add my household?

The first person creates a household and gets an invite code from Settings. Everyone else joins with that code — a pack leader approves new members before they show up in the feed.

How does the fairness leaderboard work?

It counts logged walks per household member over the current week (Plus extends this to longer periods). It's built from the same walks in the feed, so there's nothing extra to track.

What happens if reminders go off and no one's available?

Each member can set recurring unavailable hours (school, appointments). If literally no one is available when a reminder would fire, the whole household gets a heads-up instead of pinging someone who can't walk the dog anyway.

What happens to lifetime Plus if LeashTracker is ever discontinued?

The app is designed to keep working locally — you can still log walks and see your own recent standing from data already on your device, without needing our backend. That's the guarantee behind the one-time price.

Is my data private?

Your walks and household data are only visible to your household. Full details are in the privacy policy.

How do I delete my account?

Email us from your account address and we'll confirm and process it within 30 days — see delete your account for the exact steps.
